What documents do I need to store my car with Parkhaus?
You’ll need to provide a valid driver’s license, current registration, and proof of insurance.
What information about my car do I need to provide?
We’ll need to know your car’s year, make, model, VIN number, and license plate information.
When can I access my vehicle?
Access your vehicle 7 days a week. We just ask you to contact us ahead of time so we can have your pre-pickup inspection done and your ride ready to go!
Do I have to provide my own battery tender?
All members will receive a complimentary battery tender while stored at Parkhaus.
Will you cover my car while stored?
We will happily cover your car with either a customer provided car cover or one of our complimentary single-use car covers.
How long is the storage contract for?
The contract is for month-to-month storage and you are able to modify or cancel at any time.
Are there any discounts available?
You can receive discounts for signing an annual agreement or by storing multiple vehicles with us. Additionally, discounts are available for active duty and veterans.
